A.280...not happy. Couldnt get in a good rack position. 280 is ok for a bad day I guess.
Tester - 14:15......Run was 2:48, pretty fast. Burpee chins were fast too. Got back to thrusters and changed shoes. Thrusters got easier the more I did.
