We did a team (2 person) WOD before this. It was a cancer fundraiser. Not too taxing. got some good work with 135# C&Js.
AM Notes:
Took the run easy and came in at about 3:20. I allowed 135# to already be loaded but I had to load the rest. Went every minute 315, 405, 455, 480 was final pull. Prior best was 475. However, this 480 came up MUCH easier. Was a little hesitant about a 1RM DL so close to regionals. But I know if its game time, 500 is in bag.

11:22. Completed the first set unbroken with good pace, finished in 3:02. Second set broke pull ups and WB, half and half. Same in the 3rd set. I felt a lot better on the WBs. was really focusing not to hang out there.
