7:32. Extremely disappointed in this performance. I missed 6 cleans which killed me physically and mentally. Until I have better flexibility and faster elbows, I really have to take a lot time to warm up on this move. MUs unbroken.

7:05 Once again frustrating. Let me explain what happened for the 3rd time, only during Annie and at the EXACT SAME POINT IN THE WOD. Finishing up the 40 DUs I go to sit down on the ground and my lower most abdominal muscle on the left side, maybe my hip flexor, unknown of the exact muscle, goes into an extreme cramp. Cramping to the point at which I feel if I stretch my stomach out or stand upright right it burst, so I stay hunched over. As I stated earlier this the 3rd time this has happened during Annie at the exact same point. Brian said it might be I am not getting enough water and those two moves for my body perfectly exploit that fact. I finshed the WOD with no abmat at that point for fear of abdominal explosion. What do you think?
