5:27. Did HSPUs off of paralletes because it hurt my wrist too much to be flat on the floor. Didn't feel great but new this more my wheel house WOD, that helped. First round completed in 1:02. Came out way to fast.
Karen - 8:28. This one was mental warfare for me. It took all of the 30 minutes to get back up for this one as it is probably the most dreaded benchmark WOD. My PR is 7:47 so I was pretty happy with my performance considering the small recovery time. I think I paced it well.

Mile run - 6:37. Was VERY TIRED at this point. Maybe had some more in the tank, but not too much.
