C1. bench press @ 30X0; 2-3 x 4; rest 10 sec
C2. clap push ups @ 10X0; amrap (-2) x 4; rest 4 min

  1. Good Session. Stayed strict on rest times. Got order correct for C1 and C2 as well.

    A. 303#, all sets, showed fingers at bottom of each rep
    B. Completed, had to regrip around rep 15 each time
    C1. 233# each set, 3 reps each set
    C2. 19,12,13,11
