Todays AM was suppose to be for tomorrow. Had to move some things around. So tomorrow I will do Tuesdays AM. Got about 230 cals in 25min.

Tester - Got 19 Bar MUs. The rungs were occupied by some idiot, when I needed them. Just got on the bar started going. Finished row in 11:17. Finished DUs with right at 2min left. Did MUs 10-6-3. Good night. Felt good.
