3 TnG heavy DL with perfect form 10 box jumps - 24" AFAP 10 burpees AFAP rest walk 6 min b/t sets x 5 + 3 HSPU on the minute perfect form for 12 minutes + L Sit - accumulate 180 sec
365lbs on all sets for DL, Box Jumps were you had to open up ON THE BOX. Times were :39, :38, :39, :38, :41
HSPUs completed on parallette.
L Sit completed...took like 14 minutes.
The triplet sets were fast and they felt good. Last set only got slower because I missed a box jump. HSPUs we fine, the paralletes were better for my wrist rather than having my hand flat on the ground. L sits PAINFUL. Went :25, :15, then :10 the rest of the way. Feet were high and definitely 90 degrees the whole time.
