ReplyDeleteCompleted. Didn't really keep count on the reps. Stayed fast and kept movin. Don;t know distance on runs.
PM Session Notes:
DL 380 - 80% of 1RM
Clean 185
Row - All 90% were 1:40/500m
Could have gone heavier on the DL. Was I suppose to increase this weight or stay at 80%? Wrist still bothering me on the cleans. Probably didn;t have too much more from the high hang. Felt pretty good on the row, was definitely working the last 2 sets to stay at 90%.
Followed with 40/50g of pro/carb.
