    Was feeling out the RHSPUs. Maybe could have done more first couple sets, tough to tell. Never done that much before. Push ups weren't bad, done with feet on box, bottom of rings just above top of box, as if they were off ground. Arms really started to hurt from rubbing on bands, wear sleeves next time. I think RDs were right on, would have been completely done at 15. GH raises were very tough, not used to that, first time doing that move. Not sure if thighs/knees were on right location on the pad. Stretched for 15 minutes following, really feeling it in my hamstrings.
