  1. AM: Went approx 1.8 on the run. Ran with my dog, Tebow. Very easy pace. did not have a foam roller, but stretched with bands, lacrosse ball work, and rolling stick for RX'ed time.

    PM: 10 min ice bath actually went 12 min. Not sure on temp but it was really cold. Going to get therm tomorrow.

    Went and saw a wrist dr today. No structural damage, just a mild sprain, some inflammation, maybe tendonitis. Was prescribed an anti-inflammatory. Felling better, not 100%. We'll see how it goes tomorrow with the squat cleans.
