  1. AM Session Notes:

    Tester results were 7 rounds + 5 cleans. Then 2:31 on the CTB ladder. I was shocked at my cleans score here. I have never AMRAP'ed cleans like that. Definitely could do more but grip was gone. Was just starting to breathe in that 6th and 7th round. I could only hook grip the first clean of each round. After that, hook grip was gone. Just need to practice catching with the hook more. Wrist felt pretty good, no pain. Any thoughts here?

    On CTB's......next progression is to butterfly these. Again, went 2:31 here. thoughts.

    Completed. Felt good to get back in and move. Average row was 2:18/500m split. Easy pace.

    OH on AM Session. I followed with 30g protein, 100g carb.

  3. tester was for just that - to see that the grip and rehook is key as well as to increase exposure to the wrist flex thingy...

    1:50-2:00 is a nice time for that one over time///whatever method you choose..
