    7:02, Did box jumps unbroken and took jerks from the floor. Did those unbroken so I did not have to clean again. Definitely need work on fast shoulder to overhead movement. Without my O-lifting shoes, as I dip I feel myself coming up on my toes. Wrist was hurting for first 3 sets. starting to get more flexible after that.

    Followed with 25g/100g of protein/carb.
