25 unbroken wall balls
20 unbroken chin ups
15 unbroken GHD sit ups

    I don't know if it was the heat (110 degrees in the gym) or what but even pacing this at 80% was tough. I think having to go unbroken each time definitely got tiring. GHDs were the only things that never got bad. I think it was the shoulder work on the WBs and pull ups back to back.
