    Should have listened to your wisdom and just done it Wednesday when you programmed it. I am stupid and have learned my lesson.

    Increased from 343 to 350. Jumped me 26 spots or so to 28th in the region. I missed on the DU 8-9 times through out the WOD AND I felt much more muscle fatigued faster in my grip and shoulders and back. I was able to do better though just because I didn't stand around as much this second go around.

    I would love to make up the tester I was suppose to do today. I am done skipping things around. Lesson learned.
