    A. 225, 245, 265, 275, 285(PR)

    Still working on wrist flexibility. Had 3 fingers are bar for these.

    B.) Weight (Time) 95(:45), 115(:53), 125(:36), 135(:35), 145(:39), attempted 155 last set. Had to drop to 145, no time on last one.

    Strict on all rest times. Followed with 46g protein, 50g carb.
