22nd: AM A. Front Squat - 3,2,1,3,2,1,3,2,1; rest 4 min - each wave gets better + Airdyne: 20 sec max effort rest 2:40 x 3 + 30 sec max effort rest 3:30 x 3 + 40 sec max effort rest 5:20 x 3
Wrist was hurting pretty bad this AM. Was tough going heavy on the FS. 205, 225, 235/ 225, 235, 245/ 235, 245, 255. Not my heaviest loads but was still working.
Well, the Airdyne was a night mare to say the least. there was no way to record results, but effort was consistent across all time domains. Felt horrible the entire time. Starting to rethinking ever getting this hated machine.

ReplyDeleteWas only able to get in 15 min here. Then 3-4 minutes at same pace at the beginning of each training class I was conducting that PM.
Ate normal meal within an hour.
c'mon now, learn to love it buddy or it'll hurt you more over time
