    TGUs were a great warm up. Completed All MU were done with rings set up 1-2 inches above reach, unbroken, no problem. Feel myself getting even faster on these. Completed KB squat snatch practice. Did sets of 30 DU instead of 20. Wanted to work the skill for Open Sectional WOD. Half of the sets were unbroken. Just lost concentration.
