ReplyDeleteA.) Light Loads, very slow movement, sat in the hole for a while. concentrated on keeping chest up.
B.) These are starting to feel smooth. Used a 30#KB
C.) Ave on the row was 1:50/500m. Felt fine at this pace. Was a good 80%. Focused on breathing and pace. Also driving from heels and not rolling my shoulders over.
Ate normal meal following.

ReplyDelete7:22. I was suppose to redo OPEN WOD 1 here. I wanted to make up the Tester from last week as a squat clean thruster with DB is very difficult for me and wanted to work that move. I think my run was about 300m instead of 200m.
Followed with 25g/100g protein/carb
Keeping my eyes on the leaderboard. I am still 30th out of 1,000 in the region for WOD 1. If I drop much further, I will redo just in case. I hate how people can just do this as many times as they want. you will only have one chance at a WOD at regionals. Should be the same here.
