A. Build to a 1rm back squat
B. Wide grip pronated pullups 3x5; rest 2:30
C. Muscle ups 4 on the minute for as long as you can hold pace

    B)70,53,53,58,63 went too heavy on 1st. I was really wide on these. 2-3 hand lengths wider than normal Pull Ups. Also, thought it was 5X5.
    C)19 1/2 rounds. Stopped from huge tear on right hand. Did first 15 rounds unbroken. 16-19 were 2 and 2 within the minute. Would have been able to go for a while at this pace.
