    DL - 415,425,430
    Clean - 155,175,195

    Snatches were completed probably 160 did not fell smooth at all. Sprint up hill again.
    DL was heavier this week but felt easier(relative, HA!), still last row sucked me, small decline in power.
    Cleans felt good and fast TNG on all. Heaviest TNG for me on a clean at 195!! AD power was consistent.
