Considering it was the 1st week, and I would be doing ALOT of snatches. I did not do strength work first.
13.1 = 179 reps
I had a plan, stuck to it. If I would have been right on schedule, I would have had another :30 which would have allowed to get last snatch at 165# and some burpees. I focused on not resting or standing around, and trying to grab the bar as soon as I could on snatches. Good start.
