Hit 80KG on first attempt, missed 85 twice. Did not warm up box jumps enough. Did not get in rhythm or feel comfortable until 1 min left. Row was tough. I paced for 3:15, fell off big.

Tough one. Back did not lock up, which it does sometimes on KB and run.
