B. Weighted mixed grip chin ups 3x6 (alternate per set); rest 2 min
+
3 muscle ups on the minute for as long as you can go, when you fail to
get three, its over

    B)Alternated Pronated and supinated grip, wide and narrow. 53(P),70(S),70,70,70,80

    C)34 minutes. Stopped not due to failure but due to arms rubbed raw from rope. Did not fail one attempted. All unbroken. Will wear long sleaves next week.
