HS walk practice for max distance in 10 min

AMRAP DU's in 10 min
can only do 25 unbroken sets, choose hard rope

    MUs completed, all unbroken

    Could not do HS Walk, wrist injury, just did mobility

    AMRAP DUs - 467, used Buddy Lee rope. Weight makes huge difference. big shoulder fatigue.
