B. Weighted chin ups close grip supinated 3x5; rest 3 min
C. 30 muscle ups for time

  1. A) 395, didn't have it in me to hit above PR from previous week. I think I psyched out by going for 1RM in back to back weeks.
    B)75,80,80,85,85
    C) 4:08, Did first 15 unbroken. then went 3,2,2,2,2,2,1,1. Really wanted to push it to see how long I could hang on. PR by :32. Wasn't tired, only muscle fatigue.
