    Was goin good until rd 4 or 5, the last RHSPU took me like 4 attempts. Dunno what happened. Wasn;t even tired after RHSPU slowed you down too much.

    12:13 - Another PR from compared to the bash. Did it on a track, so a good comparison. Feel like I am getting back in to running form. I picked a pace from the beginning and stuck with it.
