    Front squats were done in flat shoes. Mike McG told me I needed to squat in flats more to help my ankle flexibility. Happy with the weights in the flat shoes.

    Family came in town for holidays and could only get part 1 in 1:28.4 on row. Feeling lactic threshold coming back. Held back just a little.
