  1. A) 225,225,235,235,245,245,255 Probably should have gone heavier here. Havent done these a lot.
    B) Changed to close grip bench press because of wrist. Still had to dial it back

    85% was at approx 6:30/mile pace. The extra :30 second going from 60 to 90 bad this session hurt more. I am loving the MAP sessions. Went about 4.8 miles total.
