This event was basically 11, 3 minute AMRAPs. 2 events were not AMRAPs, a mile run with burpees every 200m, and a very quick for time WOD.
Did well on things that are not my strengths, finished second in MAX KBS in 3 min, 2pood. Finished 3rd in mile run with burpees.
Didn't finish lower than 4th in any even expect 3 of them. Max Wall Balls to an 11ft target, I mean really? Got 8th. Max calorie row in 3 minutes(oh that was after 3 min max 41in box jumps, you got 1 min rest before the row). I got 12th. Then a for time WOD I finished in :44 the winner finished in :33.
I am happy about improvement in running and KB swings, also my recovery throughout the day.
Finished 4th. Mixed emotions.
