Knew I had a long day ahead of me. got 9-10 hours of sleep. No food on belly. I just always feel better on an empty stomach, regardless of workout. Felt good throughout, did not break HSPU until 8th round. Take time to constantly shake shoulders between rings and rope.
Noon 10rds + 8 Wrist was not cooperating but went after it anyway. Did break until rd 9. Felt good. Know there is more there with more technique work and mobility.
PM 208 cals. Welcome to hell. Death by C&Js were setting in on my quads. Got very tough. Baird says the airdyne sucks and my score is probably 15-20 cals higher. Will improve on this no doubt.
