  1. AD - did not have counter but paced it at 90% correctly I felt. 5 minutes was tough

    Rows - went 815m, 780m, 810m My legs were definitely effected by AD prior.

    Run/GHD - 2rds + 310m, then 2rds+310m+5GHDs

    Was on an indoor track, had to adjust run distance. Was moving fast though. Felt good here.
