  1. Down in FL now for Christmas. Weather is amazing 60ish at night 80 during the day. Love it.

    Did this session at a Golds gym with my sister. They are trying to keep up with the "fads" and they have a crossfit section, sweet.

    Rows were 1:36/500 on 90%

    For 1st set of AMRAPS only had 30in box. Again, did comp standard opening up on box.

    Felt very composed and under control for all 5 sets of AMRAPS. Good pace. Trying to get my sister into crossfit. 21, College athlete, great flexibility, built perfectly for this sport. Just don;t know if she is willing to "go there."
