  1. Underwater swims still hurt. No doubt from bench, I am just not pulling through the water as fast.

    50m intervals hurt. Was between 45-55sec for all, got slower. Might have rested a little more than 30sec sometimes as well.

    30 min swim, completed after I caught my breath.
