    I know you modified this away from push ups to sit ups. I did push ups, because wrist feels good.

    5 rds, 5rds, 4rds +11 squats.
    Didn't think I would ever be able to match my 31rds of Cindy again, but this session gave me a ton of confidence. Was not pushing the envelope.

    Second set of AMRAPS was 3rds+1BJ. 3rds+4BJ. Did not do the swings correct. Was full swing all the way overhead. Jumps were competition standard opening up on the box.
