    KBS unbroken on first 2 sets, broke on 3rd round once. I broke the ring dips in rounds 1 and 2 to get just little more rest before the KBS. did not take a lot of time though. Probably could have ran faster. Was happy with KBS though. Back also did not tighten up.

    Second tester at gym.

    First 800 was 3:02. Probably should have pushed more on that first run. I felt great on row, tried to stay all in the high 1:30s low 1:40s. Pushed the last 500 with all I had.
