    BS felt supper heavy. I mean like a ton of bricks. Weird. Tester was not breathing heavy, just muscle fatigue. first 20, then sets of 10 with 2sec rest between. Really kept moving though.

    Finished row right at 3:30. Felt surprisingly really good. Then the pull-ups hit me. I just couldnt stay on the bar. did 20,7,7,6. I think my forearms were just shot. BJs were steady and UB. Opening up ON THE BOX, comp standard. Not a lot of explosive power here. Felt weird.
