  1. First training at the HOME GYM. Check out the pictures above. Thats my 25m drive way that will be oh so fun to run up all the time.

    Did the back squats in my flat training shoes.

    245,265,285,295 Probably should have started heavier, last set was legit tough with the flats.

    Burpees were fast. I have one of the old orange ADs at home. A lot tougher to get going. Almost as if you can't go as fast. Still hurt, just different.
