  1. Chains were 80lbs total. On bar was:
    185 sets 1-3
    205 sets 4-10

    slow on the way down. fast/explode on way up.

    FGB - 386

    Previous best for RX order was 368. Meaning the correct order for FGB, WB, SDLHP, BJ, PP, then row. I was dissappointed with this score. I rested and "gamed" the first round too much. When I have a built in break I need to go after it and just trust I will recover. Maybe the squats came in to play? Hard to tell. What do you think?

  2. i think that is OK , but less than 440 wont cut it right now
    will change for next phase although thats not what i want to get out of this one...
