  1. Day 1 back from cleanse. Feel fresh, but not strong. Does that make sense?

    345 was 90% of 1RM. All I could get was 3 the first set. Felt very heavy. Next 2 sets were better. CTB were good. Gotta good little hybrid kip/butterfly going on those now. runs were a little slow.
