  1. AM Tester - 8:27....20 seconds better than when I did this in March. All things being considered, with travel to France/time off/nutrition. I believe next week I could go sub 8.

    PM Tester - 17:30.... Squat cleans crushed me more than they should have. Rope was not too bad. Getting much better.

  2. if you feel like its a sub 8 in you that is a good sign as in a few weeks that'll come back after cleanse and back up the pain train
