    Tough morning. I hate rowing, but I feel stronger on the rower and effortless to maintain better pace. Felt pretty recovered by time next set came around. Burpees were steady.

    WOW. Mental warfare. Very tough training session because of length and effort required. Ran on pretty hilly course but efforts were mostly consistent throughout all sets. Was pleased with that. Going to map out distances and repost. Legs and butt were very sore from backgqats yesterday, the rowing in the AM did not help either.

    Feels good to have completed this training day.
