ReplyDeleteI am tired from yesterday. Legs are tight and sore. Took some extra time to warm up.

Back squats were not super heavy, almosted treated it as recover session. I looked back, these are 1st FS since late May. Didn't feel heavy, didn't feel light either. Felt much better after session.
