    1 round + 34 Burpees. after watching the video I definitely took too much time between MUs. Left some on the table.

    5 rounder - 12:15....was very tired after 2nd set. Felt the .com WOD a lot. Not the best sandbag either.

    5K row - 20:11.....might have been more than 95%. focused on breathing and keeping my heart rate down. First 5K on the row.
