    Did first 4 of MUs unbroken, then did 4+2, for the last 2 sets. All were with no false grip and turn out at the bottom.

    KB Kossack went well, I've worked that stretch before, never with weight. I used one 10lb KB, then two 10lb KBs. Was focused on being on my heels sitting back with my chest up.

    OHS - completed

    Worked on cycling Box jumps which have been an issue for me.

    PM Notes:

    Was a little sore from the MUs this AM. I knew the push ups would take a lot out of me and wanted to be fresh. I did 1 round at 100%. Then rest/walk 5 min, then 2 rounds at 90-95%. Trying to find my pace for the WOD. Gonna hit it one time on Sat.
