    11 rounds + 5 Box Jumps.

    If I were better at box jumps, no doubt I could have crushed this WOD. The first 2 moves are in my wheel house. Until like 2 months ago I could not do more than 2-3 box jumps unbroken. Did have the rhythm or explosiveness to pop back up on that box. I only broke 2-3 sets of the 15 box jumps. Wish I would have scored better but all in all pleased with my progression on that "goat" move. As you saw today though......leg is fucked up.
