A. Touch and Go hang squat clean thrusters x 5; rest 1 min x 5 - work on elbows high and turnover of wrists
B. Touch and Go squat clean practice - light and fast weights - 5 min
C. HSPU - 50 for time - closer grip than normal
D. Rope Climb practice - 10 min

    Again, gotta warm up for this move. As the weight gets heavier it is easier for me to hang on to the bar with all fingers.

    A.) Worked up in weight 95, 115, 135, 135, 145

    B.) workd with 135 and 155#, focused on keeping all my fingers on the bar, getting elbows through fast, and keeping the hook grip.

    C) 5:17, all the push ups yesterday did not help the time here. I normally consider HSPUs to be a strength

    D) Completed, getting better, work in progress
