Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10' target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

Score....258....Same as last year. Super disappointed. I was just over a minute faster getting to the rings than last year. Starting doing sets of 2 from beginning. Should have done more. Technique on rings has been bad lately. Need to fix.
