AM....12:25...CTB reps were 28,21,20,8. Should have only taken 3 sets. I should have gotten more in 1st set. My bar at home is a lttle slick. Was doing normal kipping CTB.
Started creatine after this session. We'll see how it goes.
PM....8:04.....cleans were all singles. I gotta hang onto to the bar at this heavy weight. pHSPU unbroken except last rep of last set, took me 3 attempts. Cost me :30+ seconds!!! Very happy with pHSPU though. Deficit is about 12in.
