A. OHS - 3 x 3 @ 80%; rest 2 min
B. TnG hang squat snatch - 3 sets of 8; rest 1 min - fast and tight
C. 1-5 unbroken hang squat snatch ladders in 7 min - 115# - same as last time, compare
D. Airdyne - 30 sec @ 90%, 30 sec @ 50% x 6

    B.) 95, 95, 95
    C) 3 full ladders + 1,2,3 = 51 total reps
    D.) Completed

    Got 43 total reps on the tester last time.
