Ran with dogs, raining, 40 degrees, YAY!

A. Squat clean; build to a 5 rep max touch and go

CTB chin ups

A. 225, no doubt huge PR. Had to readjust grip in the rack between reps 3 and 4. Other than that, fast.

Tester - 9:38....Had some space between squats and CTB, 20m. Squats unbroken and fast, CTB only unbroken on 1st and last sets, definitely took too much time, was just screwing around too much.
